Full-Process HD Monitoring — Advanced Equipment Safeguards Quality
German Dr. Schenck inline defect detection systems inspect the moving web for crystal points, scratches, stains and other surface defects during production. Multiple high-resolution cameras keep capturing HD images of the film surface, and the system analyzes the frames efficiently to precisely identify defects and their categories.
