The 31 production lines are arranged by process family — solvent-based, solvent-free and hot-melt coating — so that different adhesive systems run on dedicated equipment. This arrangement shortens changeover time, avoids cross-contamination between chemistries, and keeps every line running inside its designed parameter window. For buyers, it means the coating parameters validated during sampling remain the same parameters that govern mass production.
The 3 pilot lines play an equally important role. Before a custom specification enters mass production, it is coated on a pilot line under conditions that faithfully reproduce the production environment. Customers receive pilot rolls for lamination trials, die-cutting tests and aging studies, and only after the specification is frozen does the order move to a full-scale line. This workflow removes most of the risk from new projects and shortens the path from an idea to a stable supply.
Standardized plants also protect consistency across repeat orders. Each line maintains its own parameter archive — coating weight, web tension, drying profile and line speed — so a re-order placed months later starts from the same recipe, not from a blank page.
